Members of our staff have been involved in a number of construction projects - residential, office and industrial, in the positions of Supervising Inspectors, Technical Directors and Construction Team Directors, as well as Contract Engineers and Coordinators and Site Managers.
We are supported by a group of specialists in various fields: law, finance (including obtaining and accounting for EU funds), as well as conservation issues.

We are a leader in the implementation of BREEAM multi-criteria certification in the Polish residential construction market. Certification is one of the most widely used methods in Europe for assessing the environmental performance of buildings.
In our role as investor supervisor, we actively participated in the coordination of the certification process aimed at assessing the quality of the investment process as well as verifying the efficiency of the buildings in terms of areas such as: Energy, Environmental Pollution, Transport, Land Use, Ecology.
