Bohema – Strefa Praga is a project that is part of the revitalization program of Warsaw's Praga district. According to the assumptions, on the 4-hectare area of the former Pollena Uroda cosmetics factory, apartments, offices, shops, cafes, service and entertainment points will be built, and the 19th-century factory building will gain a new life.
