The Urbi Ferro office building will be located in Stalowa Wola, surrounded by Okulickiego and Floriańska streets. Construction of the office facility began in January 2022 and will be completed in June 2023.
The usable area of this three-story office building will be 7,788 square meters, of which the largest part is occupied by offices - 5,000 square meters. The Adamietz construction company from Strzelce Opolskie is the general contractor of the building, its investor is Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu, and the project was created by Urba Architects.
In close proximity there are the District Court and the District Prosecutor's Office, the Church of Divine Mercy and the Intercollegiate Library building.
