The BTS facility will have 12,820 sq m, of which the office part will be 2,160 sq m. The industrial part will consist of a production, warehouse and service zone. The building will include a compressor room with a distributed compressed air installation, a painting chamber as well as overhead cranes and air curtains around the docks.
