Praga-Północ is a small district of Warsaw, located on the right bank of the Vistula, famous for its pre-war architecture and popular for its relics of the so-called Warsaw folklore. The oldest, stylish tenement houses are located along Targowa Street, inside which there are now art galleries, art studios, cafes and restaurants.
