Cooperation with Heimstaden at Studio Okęcie

Acting on behalf of Heimstaden Poland, we perform technical support tasks in the implementation of works on the Studio Okęcie project. The investment includes a complex of five-story buildings located in Warsaw's Włochy district, the developer of which is Marvipol and the general contractor of the investment was FB Antczak.

The scope of MJL's responsibilities includes: technical acceptance of buildings and verification of design documentation, conducting a tender for the selection of a contractor for fit-out works, as well as technicalsupervision and coordination of the works.

The complex includes 94 premises intended for long-term rental. The premises will be fully equipped and will have not only kitchen furniture, built-in wardrobes and household appliances, but also beds with bedside tables, a sofa and a table with chairs.
