We are delivering a project at 53 Karolkowa Street in Warsaw - a modern multi-family residential building with retail units on the ground floor and a two-level underground parking garage. The development is located in one of the fastest-growing areas of Wola, where design quality and execution standards are of key importance.

Key project stakeholders:

  • Investor: Alides Polska
  • General Contractor: Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A.

Our scope of involvement includes:

  • comprehensive review of multidisciplinary design documentation
  • organization and execution of the General Contractor tender process
  • support in negotiations and contract preparation with the selected contractor
  • supervision of preparatory works (since March 2025)
  • ongoing supervision of construction works (from October 2025)
  • full Project Management, including schedule, budget and risk control, reporting, and coordination of the inspection team

Results of the design preparation stage:

  • over 60 remarks identified through multidisciplinary design analysis
  • 50 design recommendations improving technical and functional solutions

Key features of the project:

  • façade finished with brick cladding
  • all units equipped with loggias or balconies, with ground-floor apartments additionally featuring terraces and private gardens
  • large sliding aluminium window systems
  • redevelopment of Karolkowa Street into a woonerf-style public space
  • publicly accessible green areas with landscape architecture enhancing the neighbourhood

The project is currently in the construction phase, with earthworks in progress.

REVOLA is an example of a development where thorough preparation, cost control, and consistent project management from tender stage through to completion are of crucial importance.
