STILLA - we continue our cooperation with Skanska

We have just started a new project in cooperation with #SkanskaResidential! As part of its implementation, we included multi-industry supervision of the STILLA investment. This housing estate is located in Warsaw's Raków district.

The STILLA investment will include 179 apartments with a total usable area of 8,948 m2. The premises with an area of 26 to 76 m2 will be located in two buildings - 4 and 8-story. The project includes 1.5 underground floors intended for garages.

🪶 STILLA's name refers to the Swedish word meaning silence and harmony. The common parts of the estate were designed with the free integration of residents in mind. The courtyard is sheltered on one side by perennial trees. A unique solution is to be a greenhouse allowing residents to grow their own plants.
