Successfully Completed Investment - Solec 22 in Construction Management!
"We are extremely pleased to announce the completion of the investment
Solec 22, run by MJL in the Construction Management formula. This ten-story building, erected in 1968, has undergone a comprehensive renovation, thanks to which we have obtained a usable area of over 5,000 square meters. It is a unique facility offering space for living and studying at the highest level.
This is an extremely unique project, full of challenges resulting from both the nature of the renovation of the existing facility and the takeover of the investment from the general contractor. Thanks to the determination, professionalism and comprehensive approach of the MJL Team, we managed to implement this project with great success, the key of which was also the involvement of the Investor ZEITGEIST Asset Management and excellent cooperation at every stage of the Investment implementation.

1. Examining the status of settlements with contractors, analyzing every detail to obtain a full picture of the financial situation of the investment.
2. Detailing the Scope Remaining to be Completed, taking into account the details and challenges related to the renovation of the existing facility.
3. Re-offering of all Scopes of Work Remaining to be Performed, adapting to changing project and market conditions.
4. Analysis and selection of contractors, taking into account their experience, references, availability of resources and terms of cooperation.
5. Preparation of a Detailed Budget to ensure the financial stability of the project.
6. Preparation of the Work Schedule ensuring effective time management and coordinated work progress.
7. Preparation and Negotiation of Agreements with Contractors/Suppliers
using our negotiation skills.
8. Constant Cost and Schedule Control, adapting to possible changes.
9. Current Settlements with Contractors, maintaining transparency and reliability in the area of finances.
10. Design and Material Agreements in cooperation with designers to adapt material choices to the Investor's expectations.
11. Acceptance of services, thanks to the documentation we have previously created and the preparation of the facility.
