Solec 22, run by MJL in the Construction Management formula. This ten-story building, erected in 1968, has undergone a comprehensive renovation, thanks to which we have obtained a usable area of ​​over 5,000 square meters. It is a unique facility offering space for living and studying at the highest level.

This is an extremely unique project, full of challenges resulting from both the nature of the renovation of the existing facility and the takeover of the investment from the general contractor. Thanks to the determination, professionalism and comprehensive approach of the MJL Team, we managed to implement this project with great success, the key of which was also the involvement of the Investor ZEITGEIST Asset Management and excellent cooperation at every stage of the Investment implementation.
