The Vola housing estate, an investment by Ronson Development, isgrowing

The Vola estate, where we provide multi-disciplinary investor supervision, is a small project in which a unique, cascading building is planned. The investment will include 82 apartments - from compact 2-room apartments to extensive 138 m2 5-room apartments. The upper floors will have terraces with wooden pergolas, and the otherfloorswillhaveglassbalconies.

InvestorRonson Development Polska, following the needs of demanding customers, has planned a smart house system and numerous ecological solutions in the apartments, such as: energy-saving LED lighting, photovoltaic panels and green roofs that relieve the load on sewage systems, retaining up to 80% of rainwater and have thermoregulatory properties. Sheds for bicycles and chargers for electric cars will be built in the estate.

Currently, intensiveworkis underway on the construction site. Construction of facades and waterproofing of roofs, as well as gypsum plastering inside the building and distribution of electrical and sanitary installations.

The windowinstallationisscheduled to be completed in July. The location, in the popular Wola district, with easy access to the center and commercial and service units, as well as surrounded by green areas, makes it a great place for a comfortable apartment.
