The Grot Hotel was located next to the Grota-Rowecki Bridge at the Żerań EC and Trasa Toruńska, near the new congress and fair center in Żerań. It was opened in 1993. It had three air-conditioned conference rooms and the possibility of organizing special events for 12 to 100 people.
