Completion of Phase IV of the SOHO by Yareal Residential Development

The fourth and final residential phase of the SOHO by Yareal development, located in the Kamionek area of Warsaw at Żupnicza Street, has been successfully completed. The project is an important part of the transformation of former industrial areas of the district into a modern mixed-use urban environment.

As part of the project, MJL provided comprehensive, multi-disciplinary investor supervision, overseeing the proper execution of structural and construction works as well as electrical and sanitary installations.

The project was developed by Yareal Polska, with construction works carried out by the general contractor KALTER Sp. z o.o.. The architectural design was prepared by HRA Architekci.

Phase IV included the construction of three modern multi-family residential buildings ranging from 5 to 9 storeys. The development delivers over 300 apartments along with ground-floor commercial units. The total residential usable area exceeds 17,600 m².

The completion of this phase marks another milestone in the development of the SOHO by Yareal complex, a project that continues to transform this part of the city into a vibrant and attractive place to live.
