Completion of the next stage of the U-CITY project for Acciona

We have completed investor supervision of the U-CITY project for ACCIONA Nieruchomości at ul. Henryk the Bearded in Warsaw. The general contractor was the Unibep Group.

This is a good time for a short summary:
· The construction of U-CITY began on April 11, 2023, and the occupancy permit was issued on July 4, 2024, i.e. before the contractual deadline.
· The investment consists of two buildings A and B and C and D, as well as two underground garages.
· Each building has 3 floors above ground and 1 underground floor.
· The total usable area of ​​99 residential units is 5,336.12 m2.
· The U-CITY estate has obtained the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Very Good level.

Our main tasks included:
🔸 conducting the General Contractor selection process,
🔸 systematic control of the construction progress and timeliness of work in accordance with the schedule, multi-sector investor supervision,
🔸 approval of material cards,
🔸 acceptance of subcontractors,
🔸 approving financial protocols between the Investor and the General Contractor,
🔸 organizing and conducting coordination meetings,
🔸 assistance in selecting the Administration and Manager after obtaining the occupancy permit,
🔸 assistance in concluding service contracts,
🔸 participation in the process of acceptance of premises by Buyers.
