Why is WCS ahead of traditional methods?

Water migration into the structure is a common problem when constructing underground garages, swimming pools or tunnels. How to deal with it effectively and quickly? Kamil Jagiełło - MJL Construction Inspector explains.

The optimal solution is to use WCS, i.e. Watertight Concrete System. This is a method of constructing structures using waterproof concrete technology, usually W8 or W10. Additionally, it is supplemented with specialized accessories that ensure the tightness of individual connections and the entire structure.

Why WCS? There are at least several reasons in favor of this method:
🔸 faster execution,
🔸 more efficient logistics and work organization,
🔸 less risk of damage.

Any sealing of the structure is done by injecting sealing materials from the inside. There is no need to perform expensive excavations and excavations.

A long list of projects carried out using this method confirms the effectiveness of WCS.

Depending on the complexity of the structure, the Watertight Concrete System provides up to 75% savings compared to traditional solutions with heavy insulation. In this case, the numbers speak for themselves.
