Final stage of Holm House project

We have started tasks related to performing the duties of multi-discipline investor supervision at the last, fifth stage of the Holm House project.

The investment is a continuation of the 7-year-long cooperation between MJL and Skanska, which will ultimately include the construction of a housing estate with over 800 apartments. The project, located in Warsaw's Mokotów district, close to the Wierzbno metro station and Galeria Mokotów, is a coherent concept distinguished by excellent architecture and attention to detail. The project is certified in the BREEAM system and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Fundacja Integracja accessibility certificate.

The final stage of the investment is a 9-story building located around an over 100-year-old tree. The investment includes 78 apartments.
