In collaboration with the property developer Cordia Group, we commenced our role as the multi-disciplinary investment supervisor in March for the Haffnera Residence project in Sopot. This elegant investment offers 84 luxury apartments and 49 commercial units, spread over a usable area of 7,792 square meters and a total area of 14,963 square meters. Both buildings consist of 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor.
