New Investment in the Heart of Wrocław

We are commencing work on a prestigious development located at 21/23 Świdnicka Street, in the very center of Wrocław—just 200 meters from the Market Square. The project is being developed on the site of the former SOLPOL shopping center, in an area of significant historical importance and high formal requirements.

Investor: NOHO Wrocław Centrum Sp. z o.o.

The scope of the project includes the construction of a mixed-use residential and commercial building, along with:

• an underground parking garage
• excavation support structure
• site development works
• technical infrastructure
• demolition of existing utilities

The project site is under heritage conservation supervision, which requires a high level of precision in coordination, documentation control, and overall management from the earliest stages of the investment process.

Our role in the project includes:

• organizing and conducting the tender process for the General Contractor
• analysis and evaluation of bids
• participation in negotiations and support in contractor selection
• preparation and coordination of the contract
• full investor supervision
• comprehensive Project Management (schedule, budget, risk management, reporting, and team coordination)

The project is currently in the preparatory phase, with organizational activities and pre-construction planning underway.
