New project in Gdańsk

Another Tri-City project in which we will have the pleasure to participate!

Last month, the construction site was handed over for the implementation of a new investment by Tree Development Group in Gdańsk, for which we provide multi-discipline investor supervision services. Hallera 140 is a project located in the Wrzeszcz district, which is favorite among Gdańsk residents, just 1,500 meters from the sea. Less than a 5-minute drive will separate residents from the picturesque Gdańsk Brzeźno beach.

Due to the close proximity of four parks, you will be able to feel like you are outside the city while still being in the middle of the Tricity agglomeration. The Hallera 140 investment will consist of residential apartments located in two buildings with 6 above-ground floors including the ground floor and 1 underground floor - a garage hall.

On the ground floor of one of the buildings, located along Al. Gen. Hallera, service premises are planned.

The general contractor is GK Polimex Mostostal, the architectonica S.A. is responsible for the architectural design. The new investment will undoubtedly be an interesting point on the map of the seaside housing offer.
