MJL & Skanska on Mokotow

After 16 months of implementation, we have completed the provision of multi-discipline investor supervision services for the Skanska housing company in the implementation of the fifth stage of the Jaśminowy Mokotów housing estate.
This estate is located close to the center of Warsaw. They are characterized by low buildings surrounded by greenery. The estate consists of 6 two-story buildings, each with 12 to 16 apartments, giving a total of 88 apartments.
The investment was made to a high standard: high wooden windows, Smart Home system, gardens or comfortable balconies. Well-developed common areas complete the whole.
