NU2 Warszawa Wola, continuation of cooperation with Skanska Residential

After completing the first stage of the NU Warszawa Wola project, we continue our cooperation with Skanska as part of multi-discipline investor supervision services. At ul. The next stage of the #SkanskaResidential investment - NU2 - is being built on Kolejowa.

136 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 96 m2 will be available to residents.

The total usable area of ​​apartments and commercial premises will be approximately 7,500 m2.

The construction of the 8-story building began in July.

The NU2 investment is located in one of the most popular districts of Warsaw - Wola. Its design takes into account an efficient combination of design and comfort. The investment is rich in green areas. Solar panels installed on the roof will provide energy to power common areas. Each apartment will be equipped with Smart Home solutions enabling control of electricity, heating and water consumption in a mobile application.

The planned completion date of the investment is the first quarter of 2026.
