Student house at Wenedów - Solida Capital

The next stage of our cooperation with Solida Capital has begun. We took over multi-discipline investor supervision over the construction of a student house at Wenedów Street in Warsaw. We had previously performed a design analysis and prepared a tender for the selection of the general contractor for this investment.

As part of the project, a student dormitory with 404 rooms will be built. The planned completion date of the investment is the third quarter of 2025.

Division into 3 independent volumes will allow you to create a multifunctional space including a cafe, shops and many other common areas. The project also includes putting into use 33 parking spaces and a parking lot for 50 bicycles. A characteristic element of the student house will be stairs in the style of the Spanish Steps.

The design and certification of the investment take into account the strict BREEAM principles, i.e. care for the environment and efficient use of energy and water resources.
