Panattoni City Logistics Warsaw VI under construction

City Logistics Warsaw VI is another Panattoni project for which we provide multi-discipline investor supervision services.

The investment includes the construction of a modern warehouse facility with an area of 17,849 m2, located at ul. St. Anna, within the Targówek district of Warsaw. The project will also include 159 parking spaces, a bicycle parking lot and a maneuvering area.

The facility is certified with the BREEAM Official system at the Excellent level. The general contractor of the investment is Harden Construction.
