Urbi Ferro in Stalowa Wola let's start!

At the end of June, we completed our duties as the Substitute Investor for the construction of the Urbi Ferro facility commissioned by Fabryka Urbi Ferro - Operator ARP Sp. z o. o. and we directly started investor supervision of fit-out works, which are aimed at adapting the space to the needs of specific tenants.
The Urbi Ferro factory is the first class A building in the Stalowa Wola region and the first such building of the Industrial Development Agency S.A. in Poland. ARP S.A. is part of the Fabryka program aimed at developing the potential of medium-sized cities in our country.
Thanks to the Investor's professional approach, the leased spaces were finished with great care and attention to detail. The @ProstaKreska design office was responsible for preparing the designs, and implementing the vision was the responsibility of the General Contractor - DM Building Sp. z o. o.
By the end of the year, the works were completed and the space was made available to tenants. The building has its headquarters, among others: Employment Office - Vocational Consulting, Alior Bank, medical and insurance services, interior design offices, start-up headquarters, barber and cafe, as well as the management and employees of the leading manufacturer of construction machines - Liu Gong . The building includes a relaxation area for employees and a co-working space for freelancers.
It is worth mentioning that each floor is equipped with social rooms and kitchens available to tenants in order to increase work standards.
We are convinced that it will be a good and modern workplace for many residents of Stalowa Wola and the surrounding area, which will contribute to the creation of modern services fit for the 21st century.
