MJL as a team of specialists carries out a number of tasks related to the service and preparation of investment projects, one of them is the development of Due Diligence analyses.

What is Due Diligence?

The Due Diligence process is a key tool that allows investors to accurately understand the technical, financial and legal aspects associated with a specific investment intention. The evaluation of these elements enables you to understand the technical, financial aspects and predict the potential risks associated with the implementation of the planned project. DD is a study in which we identify risks and ways of mitigating them, we describe all dependencies that will help verify the intended investment goals.

In order to obtain a reliable assessment, we carry out detailed analysis of the design documentation, identify optimization possibilities and create an initial cost and implementation schedule. All administrative, technical and financial materials are subject to verification.

The scope of our services includes specialized surveys, which allow to increase the range of services provided, among other things, by conducting dendrological inventory, geotechnical studies, surveys of soil pollution or noise analyses. The scope of detail of the analysis depends on the needs of the Investor.

A thorough due diligence analysis in the area of the construction investment preparation process is crucial for minimizing risk and ensuring a successful project, both technically and financially.
