A comprehensive restoration of the historic manor and farm complex in Obory, located at 2 Literatów Street, is currently underway. The project includes the renovation of the 17th-century Manor House, the Manor Annex, the Gardener’s House and the Swan House, as well as the construction of new technical infrastructure, including a transformer station and a technical utility building. Once completed, the complex will serve hospitality, restaurant and event functions.

The investment has been under construction since 2022. Since March 2024, MJL has been providing investor supervision services, overseeing the quality of construction works, ensuring compliance with the design documentation and coordinating the investment process.

The project is carried out under the strict supervision of the Masovian Voivodeship Heritage Conservator, requiring the highest standards of workmanship and careful preservation of the historic fabric of the buildings.

As part of its investor supervision services, the MJL team is responsible for:

• coordinating the work of the supervision inspectors,
• monitoring construction progress and quality control,
• reviewing project documentation and material data sheets,
• supervising compliance with health and safety regulations,
• reporting on project progress and analysing project risks,
• maintaining ongoing cooperation with the investor, designers and contractors.

Continuous supervision of the investment process supports the efficient execution of the project while maintaining the highest quality standards, which is particularly important in the restoration of historic buildings.
