Construction Begins on the ZAJEZDNIA Development in Poznań

Construction has officially commenced on the ZAJEZDNIA development, located on the site of the historic tram depot at 26 Zwierzyniecka Street in the Jeżyce district of Poznań. This unique project combines the revitalization of a heritage site with the creation of a modern mixed-use residential development.

The first phase of the project includes the construction of a residential building comprising 131 apartments. Once completed, the entire development will feature 227 apartments, forming a vibrant, multifunctional urban complex.

A key element of the investment is the restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic tram depot buildings, including the Main Hall, the Villa, and the so-called White House. These heritage structures will be transformed into modern spaces for dining, retail, office, and service functions while preserving their architectural and historical value.

The project was designed by Demiurg, with Eiffage Immobilier Polska acting as the developer and Eiffage Polska Budownictwo serving as the general contractor.

MJL's Role

As part of the project, MJL provides multidisciplinary investor supervision services, overseeing the coordination of inspection teams, monitoring construction progress and quality, reporting on project status, assessing project risks, and ensuring close collaboration with the developer and the general contractor.
