Trzcinowa Vita in Warsaw - MJL GROUP Provides Comprehensive Investor Supervision

The residential development Trzcinowa Vita, located at 18 Trzcinowa Street in Warsaw, is currently under construction. MJL GROUP is responsible for providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary investor supervision throughout the project. Our role is to oversee the proper execution of construction works, ensure high-quality workmanship, and verify compliance with the design documentation and applicable regulations.

The project commenced in September 2025 and is scheduled for completion in October 2027. It is currently in the construction phase.

The project is being developed by DEVELIA S.A., with KALTER Sp. z o.o. serving as the general contractor.

As part of our services, the MJL GROUP team is responsible for:

• supervising the execution of construction works,
• monitoring the quality of workmanship,
• verifying compliance with the design documentation and applicable regulations,
• monitoring the construction schedule and overall project progress,
• identifying potential risks and supporting the decision-making process throughout every stage of the investment.
